招牌猪骨煲 - A big pot of their famous Pig bone soup @ HK 95. The Oyster is awsome ! Oyster is cooked just nice and you can taste the freshness “juice” flowing when you bite into in. Shiok!! The claypot rice is cooked just nice, crispy but not burnt. This is another place that I must go back when I visit HK.
